There are numerous ways to go about setting up most of our add-on services.  You have the option of choosing alternative methods and we will provide a quote for its implementation.  The prices on our website and the information contained in this section of the knowledgebase refer to the default applications (programs/services) that we install and use on a regular basis.  We have worked in this industry since 1999 and have selected applications that we feel are of most benefit to our clients.

A final note is that often, many add-ons are separate from your main account, so if it requires a username/password, it may be different than your account manager.  We apologize if this is an inconvenience - part of what makes our services unique is our ability to utilize and customize a variety of applications, including complete custom coding!  Many other providers use 'cookie-cutter' applications and have no control over them when a client needs something special or specific.
