HyperQuad Solutions has developed a method of website production that keeps you involved every step of the way. When you are ready to get the creation of your project underway, here is the outline of procedures we follow:
- We begin with a free no-obligation consultation in person at our local office in Bryan, Texas, on the phone, or through online chat. The purpose of the discussion is to provide you with an understanding of our services and the specific options available to you.
- If you are ready to continue with services after our consultation, we will guide you through the process and establish the terms of the project.
- A down-payment of 50% is required to begin work – payment in full at this time gives an immediate 5% discount off of the total price of website development.
- If the domain name is not registered yet, we typically will register it during the consultation to ensure that it is reserved as soon as possible. Otherwise, we will take appropriate steps to get your domain transferred to our services or discuss other options.
- Most clients choose to provide the text for their websites since they are intimately familiar with their products/services and have an idea of how they want their business to be portrayed on the web. If you have chosen not to provide us with your own copy and have instead purchased our professional Copywriting Services, please provide us with general information for each page and our talented writers will do the rest.
- In addition to the text, we ask that you provide us with any existing brochures, images, product/service details, or other items you think will be useful for us during the development phase of your project. The purpose of this is to not only provide us with the information needed to represent your product/service accurately, but also enables us to ‘get inside’ your business so that we can have a stronger understanding of your website needs.
- If your project is based on a custom design, it is at this point that our designers will produce for you several unique website ‘pre-designs’ to evaluate. They are not recycled designs and are created exclusively for you to select from. You can have us modify them in any way, combine different aspects of each design or even reject them all completely. If it will be based on a professional template, you will also be given numerous options to select from where again you can make certain modifications to get the look and feel you want for your site.
With all of our projects, we will continue to make modifications and present them to you until you are completely satisfied with your design (within the specifications of the project consultation and add-ons ordered).
- At this stage of your project, we are busy developing and integrating all components of your website.
- You will have access to a special url where you can directly oversee the production of your site, and a means to stay in touch with your Project Manager should any questions or concerns arise. We feel this is an important and invaluable technique, allowing you to give continuous feedback and comments throughout the design process. We mean it when we say we do everything possible to ensure you do in fact get exactly what you want.
- In addition to the phases that you can see, we are also doing a number of critical steps behind the scenes. Examples of what is happening during this time are usabillity testing and the final stages of compatibility across browsers and viewing variations.
- Once the project has been finished and you are completely satisfied with our work, we ask that the final payment be made if it has not already been submitted. Once received, our team will make your site ‘live’ by publishing it to the web where it will then be available to your customers worldwide.
