HQ Webmail

HQ Webmail is a robust cloud-based business email solution that includes spam and virus protection. This services provides online web-based access through your browser, POP3, and IMAP for every account. Also included in this suite is a calendar program and online file storage!

Per Account Fees

A single 5 GB mailbox is included as a part of every core service plan, and add-on accounts are available so your email solution can scale with your business needs.

5 GB – $3/mth
10 GB – $4/mth
15 GB – $5/mth
20 GB – $6/mth
50 GB – $12/mth
100 GB – $22/mth

There are no additional setup or monthly fees associated with HQ Webmail services.

Email Forwarding

An email forward is a great tool when you need additional email addresses but not its own dedicated mailbox. This helps direct email to the right place from a variety of sources (website, business cards, marketing outreach efforts). For example, sales@yoursite.com can direct to you@yoursite.com while support@yoursite.com forwards to a colleague.

These can be added to your account for $.50 each per month.

G Suite

G Suite is an integrated suite of secure, cloud-native collaboration and productivity apps powered by Google AI. Apps include Gmail, Docs, Drive, Calendar, Meet and more. For more information about specific plan offerings, please see their detailed page located here.

Per Account Fees

Google has a per account pricing structure for G Suite services, the current details of which can be found here.

You will not have to setup or pay anything through G Suite directly as we handle all aspects of account creation and management. These fees will already be factored into your monthly plan with us, and you will see the price breakdown for each account you request.

HQ Management Fees

In addition to the per account fee mentioned above, our G Suite management services have a $50 setup fee, and $20 recurring monthly fee.  This includes setting up and managing up to ten user accounts.

Microsoft 365

Microsoft 365 (Formerly Office 365) integration includes various offerings of the online office apps – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. The desktop installed version of the Office suite is available on some plans.
